How it works at Infinity Equine:

Our weight limit for our school horses is 200 lbs. and is non-negotiable. Our goal is to ensure a pleasurable and safe experience for both the horse AND the rider. The general 'rule of thumb' is that a horse suitable for riding "can" carry 20% of its body weight (including rider & tack).

Our lesson horses range from about 650 lbs. to 1,000 lbs. and consist of small and medium ponies and average sized Thoroughbreds. We value their comfort and health above all else, our horses are our family. It takes time, money and luck to have safe, quality lesson horses such as the ones here at the farm and we must ensure that they are comfortable doing their job.
